Welcome to the BitSafe Community. This website (bitsafecommunity.com) is operated and powered by BitSafe Management FZCO ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions, along with the Policies and Procedures, the Compensation Plan, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the "Agreement" between the Affiliate and the Company.
BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT WITH BITSAFE COMMUNITY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
I. STATUTORY DISCLOSURES & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
1.1 Representative Accuracy: BitSafe Community has exerted every effort to accurately describe the Services and Site. However, the Company provides no guarantee of financial gain. Any projections or examples utilized in marketing materials are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of future earnings.
1.2 Financial Status: BitSafe Community is not a registered financial advisor, brokerage, or investment house. No content on the Site should be construed as investment advice. Affiliates do not acquire equity, stocks, or securities in BitSafe Management or its subsidiaries. Our revenue model is based on commissions received from third-party vendors for the marketing of their specific products and services.
1.3 Performance Variance: Individual success is contingent upon the time, skill, and knowledge devoted by the Affiliate. The Company assumes no liability for the actions, business decisions, or financial outcomes of any Affiliate.
1.4 Forward-Looking Statements: Materials may contain "forward-looking statements" (identified by terms such as "anticipate," "estimate," or "project"). These reflect the Company's current opinion regarding potential, but not guaranteed, performance.

The Company reserves the right to update this list without prior notice. It is the Affiliate’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.

4.1 Accuracy of Data: Affiliates must ensure that all personal data provided—including name, address, and date of birth—exactly matches their government-issued identification.
4.2 Identity Verification: To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) approval is mandatory for all accounts.

5.2 Ethical Marketing: Affiliates must maintain high standards of integrity. Misrepresenting the BitSafe opportunity as an investment, or using unauthorized marketing materials, is a material breach of this Agreement.
5.3 Taxation: Affiliates are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any taxes, duties, or social security contributions required under their local laws.
VI. AMENDMENTS & TERMINATION
6.1 Right to Amend: BitSafe Community reserves the right to modify these Terms and the product offerings at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance.
6.2 Termination for Breach: The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Affiliate violates any provision herein, engages in "cross-sponsoring," or uses fictitious names to manipulate the Binary Structure. Upon termination, all rights to bonuses and pending payouts are extinguished.
VII. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY
Objective and Application
BitSafe Community (“BitSafe,” “the Community,” or “the Company”) operates under a mandate of strict legal compliance and unwavering ethical conduct. We require all Affiliates to uphold these same standards.
The objective of this policy is to define the obligations of all Affiliates regarding the prevention of fraudulent activity. It further outlines the decisive measures BitSafe will implement against any Affiliate should fraud be suspected, attempted, or confirmed against the Community or our corporate partners.
Conceptual Definition of Fraud
While legal definitions vary across international jurisdictions, BitSafe defines "Fraud" as any act of deception, misconduct, or dishonest practice intended to secure an unfair or illegal financial gain. This includes intentional misrepresentations that affect the financial integrity of the platform or its members.
Fraudulent acts include, but are not limited to:
Payment Misconduct: The unauthorized or fraudulent use of credit cards, digital wallets, or cryptocurrency assets.
Artificial Activity: Creating fictitious bookings, simulated orders, or "wash" purchases to manipulate the Compensation Plan.
Deceptive Statements: Providing false information or making misleading claims to secure bonuses, rewards, or benefits for oneself or others.
Identity Theft & Manipulation: Unauthorized use of another member's credentials, the creation of "shell" accounts/false identities, or the systematic use of automated bots to mimic human activity.
Complicity: Any act of instigating, aiding, abetting, or conspiring with others to facilitate a fraudulent transaction or scheme.
Investigative Protocols
BitSafe Community treats every allegation of financial misconduct with the highest priority. Upon receiving evidence of suspected fraud:
Initial Assessment: The BitSafe Team will evaluate the data to determine the severity of the claim.
Administrative Hold: BitSafe reserves the right to immediately suspend an Affiliate’s account pending a full investigation. During this period, all access to the the dashboard, e-wallet balances, pending Commissions, and accumulated Rewards will be frozen.
Immediate Termination: If evidence of fraud is conclusive, BitSafe may terminate the Affiliate’s membership immediately. Upon termination, the Affiliate loses all rights to their position in the community hierarchy, and all previous, current, and future earnings are permanently forfeited to the Company.
Legal Recourse and Law Enforcement
BitSafe maintains a "zero-tolerance" stance on financial crime. Any confirmed or high-probability fraud will be referred to the relevant law enforcement agencies and financial regulatory authorities at the earliest opportunity.
Criminal Prosecution: This may include filing formal police reports in the Affiliate’s jurisdiction or the UAE.
Civil Litigation: BitSafe reserves the right to initiate civil proceedings to recover lost funds, damages, and legal costs incurred due to the Affiliate's fraudulent conduct.
Integrity Reporting (Whistleblowing)
Maintaining the security of the BitSafe ecosystem is a collective responsibility. Members who possess information regarding potential fraud are encouraged to report it immediately.
Direct Reporting: Contact the BitSafe Team at support@bitsafecoin.com.
Language and Prevailing Version
This Anti-Fraud Policy may be translated into multiple languages for the convenience of our global community. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between a translated version and the English text, the English version shall serve as the definitive legal standard.
VIII. JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws and resolutions of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
